Herat, National Resistance Front: At around 6 pm on Friday, 1 April, two explosions took place in the Tawhid area of Jibril district in Herat, as a result of which five civilians were killed and 25 others were wounded.
The incident took place when locals had gathered in a park in the town of Jabril.
