Nimroz, National Resistance Front: One person was killed, and at least eight others were injured when Pakistani border guards opened fire on protesters on the Afghanistan side of the border.
On Monday afternoon, a number of citizens protested against the recent attacks of Pakistan on the territory of Afghanistan in the border areas of "Chaghi" and "Nokandi" of Nimroz province; but the protest was met with a backlash from Pakistani border guards.
Pakistan has recently bombed and shelled Kunar and Khost provinces.
The attacks in Kunar province killed six people, including a woman and five children, and left nearly 40 dead in Khost province.
The National Resistance Front (NRF) has called Pakistan's attacks a clear violation of Afghanistan's territorial integrity and, in a statement, blamed the Taliban for the foreign aggressions.
