National Resistance Front, Baghlan: Taliban shot dead a young man on the first day of Eid al Adha in Baghlan province.
The young man was named Zia-ul Haq Rayed.
Zia-ul Haq was an educated man, and a few years ago, he was a candidate for the Baghlan Provincial Council seat.
The young man's body was found yesterday in the paddy fields in the Pouzreg village of Khost district.
The killing is happening at a time when the Taliban announced that security is being maintained throughout Afghanistan. In contrast, the killings and massacres by the Taliban continue from Baghlan and Panjshir to Balkhab and Nangarhar.
