Parwan, National Resistance Front: Terrorist fighters of the Taliban shot a young man who was a resident of the Khost district of Baghlan, in Parwan province.
A young man named Noorullah was shot at a checkpoint by the Taliban in the Pul e Matak area of Parwan province.
Noorullah's relatives say that he was a civilian, and none of his family members is affiliated with the anti-Taliban fronts.
They said that Noorullah was killed for talking in Persian.
Arresting, torturing, and extra-judicial killing of civilians by the Taliban is not new. Recently, the terrorist group shot dozens of youth at a checkpoint with no justifications.
