Takhar, National Resistance Front: Salahuddin, the head of the Taliban's narcotics department of Farkhar seriously injured as his car had an accident in Taloqan city, the centre of Takhar province.
Five of his companions were injured after his car crashed into the entrance gate of Taloqan city.
The incident happened on Friday in the fourth district of Taloqan city.
The injured were taken to Takhar Central Hospital, and their condition is reported to be critical.
