Takhar, National Resistance Front: The terrorist Taliban group arrested two elders in the Farkhar district of Takhar.
The elders are Moqtadar and Abdul Hamid, from Khosdeh and Kajdara villages in the Farkhar district of Takhar province.
Taliban intelligence unit also tortured a young man named Walid along with the two elders.
The Taliban group terrorises people of Afghanistan by arresting, torturing and imprisoning civilians.
