National Resistance Front, Kapisa: Taliban shot and killed four civilians in Kapisa province.
The incident happened on Thursday in the Giyawa village of Najrab district.
Omar Gul, Mubarak Shah, Tilla Mohammad and Bulbul were detained and then shot and killed.
So far, hundreds of documented pieces of evidence of war crimes by the Taliban have been published, proving the Taliban is oppressing the innocent people in Afghanistan.
