National Resistance Front, Paktika: The Taliban killed a young man yesterday in the Barmal district of Paktika.
The young man was arrested by the Taliban yesterday morning and died due to torture.
The identity of this young man has not been determined yet.
Yesterday also the Taliban arrested at least five civilians in Hessa Dowom of Kapisa and transferred them to an unknown place.
