National Resistance Front, Daikundi: Mercenary Taliban attacked a village in Daikundi and shot two families.
On Wednesday night, the Taliban group invaded the Siyok area of Nili the capital of Daikundi province, and started killing civilians.
12 villagers including women, men and children of two families were killed and at least 8 others were wounded as a result of the mercenary Taliban firing.
So far, there is no information about the fate of the five other members of these two families.
At present, dozens of residents of Siyok village have left their homes and have been displaced by the Taliban to the mountains and distant areas.
Taliban also shot a five year old child in Ghor province yesterday. This boy was shot by a member of the Taliban when he was playing with other children.
