National Resistance Front, Balkh: An explosion killed 15 oil labourers and 10 others were injured. The explosion occurred in the early morning of Tuesday in Hairatan town of Balkh province.
The explosion was caused by a mine embedded in the car carrying employees of the oil and gas industry of Hairatan.
