National Resistance Front, Badakhshan: The Taliban shot a young woman in Badakhshan province for not being accompanied by a Muharram while outside.
The Taliban targeted the woman when she went to the market near her house to buy essential food items.
This crime happened on Monday in the central town of Baharak district.
The woman is 26 years old and is currently hospitalized due to severe injuries.
After the Taliban invaded Afghanistan the woman's husband left the country and went to Iran to work.
About a month ago, the Taliban unjustly and cruelly whipped 36 people, including seven women, in the Badakhshan province in public.
