Ikramuddin Salarzoy was a resident of the Asmaar district of Kunar province.
Yesterday also a group of the Taliban killed two other military personnel in the capital of Baghlan province.
The Taliban's cycle of killing has been going on for the past two decades, and now despite their "general amnesty " claims, they arrest, torture and kill people.
