Badakhshan, National Resistance Front: Moments ago, a car carrying Mawlawi Abdul Fattah, head of the Taliban's Director of Mines in Badakhshan, was hit by a sticky bomb.
The incident took place today, in the "Shah Bagh" area of downtown Faizabad, as a result of which Mawlawi Abdul Fattah and one of his guards were killed, and five other Taliban fighters were wounded.
