Takhar, National Resistance Front: Taliban criminals have shot a group of youths in Taloqan on Monday, killing one and injuring three others.
The deceased is named Emad al-Din Changiz and was an employee of a private bank in Takhar.
According to locals, the four young men, who were having fun along the Taloqan River in the Khatayan area, came under firing by Taliban insurgents.
Sources at Takhar Provincial Hospital describe the condition of the injured as critical.
Meanwhile, Taliban criminal fighters have been conducting house-to-house searches in Taloqan since Monday morning, causing panic among the city’s people.
