Kabul, National Resistance Front: The terrorist Taliban arrested Dr Obaidullah Rahmani, a resident of Panjshir province, currently based in Kabul.
Relatives of Mr Rahmani, a doctor at Mohammad Ali Jinnah Hospital in Kabul, say the Taliban transferred him to an unknown location after he was arrested.
The Taliban fighters are using various excuses to detain, torture and kill innocent people in various parts of the country to spread fear and terror.
