Parwan, National Resistance Front: The criminal Taliban killed an army officer of the previous government in Parwan province.
The incident took place on Wednesday at around 7:30 evening in the village of Shir Baqi Khel in the Jabal al-Siraj district.
Ruhollah, the army officer, was killed outside his house.
Since the Taliban invasion, killings and the disappearance of members of former government soldiers have increased in various parts of the country.
A New York Times investigative report shows that in the first six months of the Taliban's rule, more than 500 former government employees were assassinated or disappeared.
