On Tuesday night, the Taliban opened fire, killing Habib Naseri in front of his family members in the Rustaqabad area of Kunduz city.
After the government's fall, Habib Naseri was at home and lived in poverty. He had no affiliation with any group.
The Taliban recently detained an officer of the 09th National Security Unit, whose condition is still unknown.
