Takhar, National Resistance Front: The criminal Taliban shot dead a former commander of the People Uprising Forces of the previous government in Takhar.
The incident took place on Sunday night, 27 March, in the city of Taloqan, the capital of Takhar province.
The former commander was named "Malik" and was the bodyguard was "Wafiullah Rahmani", the former head of the Takhar Provincial Council.
It is noteworthy that two days ago, the Taliban killed a former army officer in Takhar.
