The group shot dead a young man with mental retardation in the Pishgoor village of Panjshir province on Sunday, June 12th.
The young man was named Mortaza Rasouli, and dozens of Taliban shot him in the back.
The Taliban have tortured, imprisoned and shot many people dead in Panjshir province.
