Takhar, National Resistance Front: A young man named "Ershad" was shot dead by the terrorist Taliban in "Takhar".
The incident took place on Tuesday night in the fourth district of Taloqan, the capital of Takhar province.
He was a resident of the province.
Irshad's family members say, “he received a call at night, and subsequently he left home; but the next day, a Taliban from a military base called them to come and take his body”.
The Taliban have recently increased arrests, torture and killings of former soldiers and civilians.
