Salahuddin was a member of the popular uprising forces in the previous government.
Salahuddin was arrested by the Taliban three days ago.
His family said that after much effort, his body was found today in a place where dogs had eaten a part of his body.
The Taliban have also shot several people in recent days in the Panjshir, Baghlan and Takhar.
