The Taliban shot dead the prisoners in the Glorez area near Darra e Sauf.
Currently, 7,000 to 8,000 Taliban forces have besieged the Balkhab district, and some are living in this district.
Earlier, the Taliban shot dead seven civilians in the district and on Saturday, the group shot dead three other civilians in the Tarkhuj area of the Bazaar e Now and five others in the Jeh Mirk area near Qom Kotal.
