National Resistance Front, Takhar: The Taliban once again committed a crime by shooting a dead and innocent shepherd in Takhar province.
The incident took place three days ago in Faringard village of Farkhar district of Takhar province.
Mohammad Ayub Gojar has been shepherding the cattle of people in the village for a long time.
Earlier, the group arrested and tortured a shepherd for having a binocular in the Wersaj district of Takhar.
