Nangarhar, National Resistance Front: The Taliban terrorist group shot and killed a child in Nangarhar province yesterday evening.
The incident took place in the ninth district of Jalalabad city when criminal Taliban fighters fired at a "rickshaw" belonging to a Hindu at a checkpoint.
The child was first injured and died at the hospital.
A dead boy's relative said they wanted to carry the body and gather in front of the Nangarhar governor's office, but Taliban fighters stopped them.
This is one of many times that the Taliban have shot dead civilians at checkpoints for no apparent reason.
