Baghlan, National Resistance Front: The Taliban fighters brutally beheaded four civilians in the Daragi area and on the way to Banu of Baghlan province.
The savage Taliban beheaded Dawood Andarabi, a family member of Khalil Andarabi, a commander of the National Resistance Front in Baghlan, together with three of his friends.
The victims were unarmed civilians and had no affiliation with the National Resistance Front.
Following the casualties inflicted on the Taliban by the NRG forces in Baghlan, Panjshir, and Takhar, the Taliban has started killing civilians and are committing widespread war crimes and crimes against humanity.
