Helmand, National Resistance Front: Maulvi "Abdul Baqi Sayar", the head of the well-known Taliban terrorist group in Greshk district of Helmand province, was hanged by the locals on Monday, March 14th.
With the intention of encroachment, he had entered a local resident house, where he was arrested by locals and then hanged.
Taliban have arrested three locals on charges of his murder.
