National Resistance Front, Kabul: The Taliban kidnapped Zia-ul-Haq Naderi, a former national security official.
The young man is a resident of Panjshir province and was abducted on Monday last week.
The Taliban also abducted the former director of national security in Ghor province yesterday.
The Taliban creates fear in people in addition to its systematic torturing, intimidates and kills people.
The New York Times had previously documented the killing and disappearance of about 500 former security forces and government employees.
