Baghlan, National Resistance Front: The Taliban fighters have brutally killed innocent youths in the Nahrin district of Baghlan province.
Last night at a checkpoint, the Taliban stopped 12 people returning from a family feast and shot them on the Nahrin district road.
Taliban militants killed the men for attending a party, saying, "the law does not allow entertainment and party."
Earlier, UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Richard Bennett, after concluding a special visit to Afghanistan at a press conference, said that Afghanistan was facing vital human rights violations.
The Taliban are regularly detaining, torturing and killing innocent people in Panjshir, Takhar and Baghlan provinces, and their crimes against humanity are increasing day by day.
