Herat, National Resistance Front: The terrorist Taliban killed Mohammad Asif Sultani, one of the former military personnel in Herat.
Mohammad Asif Sultani had achieved the military rank of Captain in the previous government and served as Campany commander in the National Security Directorate in Herat.
After the fall of Herat, he went to Kabul and lived in hiding until he returned to Herat.
After returning from Kabul, the Taliban seduced Mr Sultani to join his job, but after a while, he was stabbed to death last night.
Mohammad Asif Sultani, due to his suspicion of the Taliban, had planned to leave the country in the coming days.
The Taliban are detaining, torturing and killing members of the former government in various parts of the country.
