Kunar, National Resistance Front: On Thursday, March 3rd, the Taliban opened fire on a convoy of wedding cars in Shigal district of Kunar province, killing the groom's brother Yasin and wounding two others.
The terrorist group shot the groom's brother for playing music in his car.
