Kapisa, National Resistance Front: The Taliban tortured a middle aged man to death in Kapisa province.
The man was arrested five days ago, and he succumbed to his injuries on Friday.
Rahmatullah was a resident of Dornaamah village of Kapisa province.
A 45-year-old man was also killed by the Taliban in Panjshir province yesterday.
