Panjshir, National Resistance Front: Ghulam Sakhi was severely beaten by the Taliban in Panjshir province.
The incident took place at around 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 12, in the village of Mata, Panjsher.
Ghulam Sakhi was a simple rural man who had no affiliation with any individual or group in previous governments.
It is worth noting that members of this oppressive group also severely beat a former soldier in Daikundi province this morning and, in exchange for his release, demanded two Kalashankov, ammunition and two hundred thousand afghanis.
