Badakhshan, National Resistance Front: The Taliban fighters brutally shot dead two innocent civilians in the Kran and Manjan districts of Badakhshan.
Local sources in Badakhshan say that the incident took place Monday morning in the village of Anjuman in the Karan and Manjan districts of the province, after the residents complained about the inhumane behavior of the Taliban.
According to locals, "Abdul Ghafar, son of Mohammad Hassan" and "Abdul Fattah, son of Haji Hassan", were shot and killed after they criticised the Taliban regime and the inappropriate treatment of people by the group's fighters.
About a month ago, the Taliban also shot dead a former government security force in the village of Malangab in the Baharak district of Badakhshan.
Following the increase in attacks by the National Resistance Front in several provinces on the positions of the Taliban terrorist group, the group's targeting of civilians has increased, and they are detaining, torturing and shooting civilians.
