Kabul, National Resistance Front: Hoda Khamoush, one of the women protesters, said that "since the past seven months, the Taliban had not been able to open schools for the people".
According to Ms Khamoush: "In fact, the group is afraid of education and enlightenment, and therefore, under various pretexts, the Taliban has deprived the people of their right to education".
The protester added that "the Taliban should know that they can never deprive this generation of education".
Referring to the Taliban, Banu Khamoush added, " by oppressing and depriving can not continue. We have experienced many regimes that, with their rigorous methods and behaviours, did not last long and disappeared.
