Takhar, National Resistance Front: The Taliban insurgents shot dead an older man in the Farkhar district of Takhar.
The incident took place on Sunday night in the village of Khosdi in the district.
Mohammad Ayub Gajar and he was not associated with any group.
Taliban criminals are regularly detaining, torturing and brutally killing civilians.
