Baghlan, National Resistance Front: Skirmishes between NRF forces and Taliban insurgents took place in Taleh va Barfak districts of Baghlan province.
The clashes resulted in killing of four Taliban fighters and capturing four others. The bodies of killed Taliban fighter are still on the battlefield.
Two brave women who took weapons to defend their area against the Taliban were also martyred in the clashes, and husband of one of the women was injured.
The situation in the district is back to normal, however, the Taliban are planning a major offensive in the district.
In defense of their rights and civil liberties, the country's valiant women, together with their brothers, have always raised their voices to protest against the Taliban, and these women have endured detention and torture tremendously.
